• Ralph Skripek bought The Butlers Pantry in 2002 and with over 20 years catering experience, had a clear vision to create a business that would express his passion in all aspects of food. A bistro that would revel in being cosy, inviting, social and ultimately express seasons of the year with new menus changing monthly, and a bespoke outside catering service. Any free time will see Ralph shooting game and fly fishing reservoirs, lakes and rivers in Derbyshire for trout looking for menu inspiration walking the countryside, finding secret locations of wild mushrooms, berries and herbs to use in dishes.
  
  By cross-marketing with local suppliers, Ralph is able to host local events, BBQ evenings and Wine Tasting alongside Derbyshire themed Gourmet Nights. All of which are in aid of boasting to the public how much produce we have in the County of Derbyshire.
  
  Ralph has demonstrated local dishes at Buxton Food Festival, Bolsover Food Fair & also appeared as a guest chef on BBC Radio Derby promoting the use of local foods and demonstrating live on air.
  
  Working alongside Ralph, is his dedicated team of professionals who are all chosen for their passion and commitment to customer service & The Butlers Pantry unique concept.
