Starter
Irish Chowder
A creamy potato chowder soup with natural smoked haddock, shelled mussels and pan fried scallops, finish with potato, kale and grilled mature cheddar on soda bread
Middle Course
Leek, Potato & Black Pudding Cake with Smoked Salmon
A light leek and potato cake with black pudding pieces, curl of smoked salmon, poached egg and a drizzle of mustard and blue cheese sauce
Main Course
Traditional Irish Stew
An Irish stew with tender lamb & bacon, vegetables, potato and pearl barley in a clear stock sauce,
finished with chives
Served with traditional Irish accompaniments of Colcannon mash, pan fried cabbage with bacon and onions & a little cream, roast carrot with butter & rosemary
Dessert
Home made Apple Amber & Baileys Cream
An old Irish recipe of short pastry filled with fluffy apple, baked with a little honey and cider, topped with meringue and baked, served with Baileys and Vanilla pouring cream
Irish coffee served with home made whisky truffles (£4.50 supplement)
