Smoked Haddock & Mussel Chowder
A creamy chowder soup with smoked haddock, mussels and leeks, finished with shavings of smoked apple wood cheese crisps

Scallops pan fried with thyme, finished on spaghetti pasta bound with a crab pesto sauce, drizzled with warmed lemon and lime infused rapeseed oil

Black Sea bream with Pancetta and Saffron Lentils
Fillet of black sea bream wrapped with tarragon and pancetta, pan fried, served on creamed coral potato puree, surrounded with a saffron lentil and Vermouth cream sauce

Fillet of Sea Trout with Oyster Mushrooms
Fillet of sea trout brushed with a honey and rosemary glaze, grilled and finished on sauteed oyster mushrooms with kale in truffle oil, surrounded with a butter wine sauce infused with fresh cockles

Half Lobster Thermidor
Half lobster cooked with shallots, fish stock, wine, brandy, a little English mustard, cream & herbs, served in the shell and gratinated with mature cheddar cheese

Half Lobster with Asparagus and Smoked Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce
Half poached lobster removed from the shell, pan fried with shallots & asparagus, drizzled with a smoked salmon and basil hollandaise sauce

Dessert

Warmed wild picked blackberry and walnut home made shortcrust pastry tart, topped with a curl of vanilla cream and finished with swirls of whisky caramel sauce
