A creamy home made chicken liver parfait served with a red onion compote and finished with a leaf saladette and wafer thin melba toast
Home made Pastry Tartlet (V)
A home made pastry tartlet filled with feta cheese and sun dried tomato, served with dressed leaves & drizzled with a balsamic glaze

Oven Baked Salmon with a Mozzarella Cheese Crust
Fillet of salmon topped with a herb and mozzarella cheese crust, oven baked and finished with a crayfish butter wine sauce
Braised Beef & Yorkshire Puddings
Tender cut beef braised with shallots, mushrooms and local ale, served with a large Yorkshire pudding!
Honey Roast Ham ‘en croute’
Home baked honey roasted ham with stuffing wrapped in puff pastry, oven baked, carved onto leeks and finished with a creamy mustard seed sauce
Filled & Wrapped Mushroom (V)
Field mushroom filled with brie & tarragon, wrapped in puff pastry, surrounded with a creamy bean and mustard seed sauce
