Local game shot & fisherman Ralph is considered to be one of the leading game cookery experts in the Midlands. He devotes his time to support County Shows around the country demonstrating his skills in game cooking whilst supporting the BASC on-going Taste of Game Campaign.
Personally shot pigeon & rabbit appear on his menus together with locally caught Reservoir trout.
The end of 2011 will see Ralph publish his first game cookery book which he hopes will inspire game to appear on tables at home.
A Taste of Game Dinner Evening is held at The Butler’s Pantry in November each year showcasing 7 courses of locally sourced game. Ralph is available on these evenings to offer his expert advise.
