'Nikki and I just wanted to take this opportunity personally to thank you for the fantastic meal you cooked for our hen weekend on the 15th November when you visited us . Everyone (however no-one more than us) were very complimentary about the fantastic food. It made our weekend very unique and special. It was so much better than everyone trapsing out to a restaurant as the logistics of trying to keep 18 people together after a few beverages can prove a little challenging!! I particularly enjoyed my Angel Hair making experience. I think I may need a little more practice to get the wrist action perfected but I was quite chuffed with my first attempt!!

Just a note to say thank you for my lovely birthday dinner on Jan 29th. It really was an amazing meal even if it was a surprise for me. The food was outstanding and very tasty.
