Home made smooth chicken liver parfait with caramelised red onion chutney

Main Course

Classic Beef Wellington
Fillet of beef with mushroom duxelle, wrapped with smoked bacon and puff pastry, oven baked lightly pink, served with celeriac puree with wild mushrooms and finished
with a rich port wine sauce
Lobster Thermidor
Half lobster cooked with shallots, mustard, white wine, cream, a flash of brandy, stock and tomato puree, put back in the shell and gratinated with mature English cheddar

Served with vegetables & dauphinoisse potatoes
Duo of Dessert

Berries & sweet wine panna cotta and a curl of Belgium chocolate and orange mousse on swirls of raspberry & vanilla sauce with spun sugar
