Profile of John Blewitt
John is a straight forward Yorkshireman, who fishers for any and most species of fish, but prefers dry fly fishing to all others. He is a level 2 UKCC ANGLING Trust licensed coarse and fly fishing coach and a director of the Professional Anglers Association. He has worked alongside the E.A in the relocating of white clawed Crayfish and understands the need for better bio-diversity on all our rivers. He was the founder member of S.P.R.I.T.E (South Yorkshire) and a past chairperson and is passionate about the South Yorkshire Don. He believes that more education and publicity is needed to encourage non fishers to take up the sport
